Bill Kelley has extensive background as an accomplished musician and music instructor.
He has played in numerous bands, from jazz to big band, and at various functions,
from jazz clubs, wedding receptions, holiday galas and Christmas musicals.
As an instructor, he has taught academy band classes as well as
individual student instruction.
